24hr fast done. Tired this morning. Can't face getting on the turbo. This is why I don't do it often. I might smash a pre-workout and do an easier session or maybe have brekkie and do the harder session later in the day.
Ha, you don't do things by half! But yes, coffee, coffee is always the answer.
Nah, if you're gonna do it, do it properly (unless you can get away with doing it half arsed, then always do it half-arsed) :)
I've still not eaten but I did just do 1hr of tempo on the turbo w/ pre-workout so there's some cals in that.
