I've used the Restrap commute backpack for a couple of years and can't fault it. Even used it for courier work on occasion. The fact that it's a rolltop means that you can effectively change it from a 10l backpack when you don't have a load of stuff to carry to a 35l when you do. You get a discount if you use the code in the Restrap thread here as well.
