I’ve effectively replied outlining all the ways in which the police didn’t help me and yet have deemed these mudguards to be of the highest priority. What I really need to do is alert the staff seargent or the police Constable of the police station in question but not sure how to get in touch. A quick google only provides a complaints form ...
