  • My time-window eating didn't work. As soon as I'd get on the piss (which, let's face it is every day for me during Dec) it'd fall apart or I'd be WFH and doing turbo in the mornings or something would kick the routine to shit.

    Gonna try and do a full day fast today in the hope of shrinking the stomach a bit before NYE Polish xmas and then Xmas day going mental with mates. ALL THE FOOD ALL THE BEERS! (same as every other day just someone else is cooking)

    What do most people do on the 5:2? 0 calories on the fast days?
