Ploughing through the Weird Beard offerings last night.
Dirrty Hands - Imperial Schwarzbier 9.8%
Spicy, delicious and frighteningly drinkable for nearly 10%. Some mild coffee and rye notes.
Born of Fire - Mixed fermentation Smoked Chili 6%
Sour, fiery and smokey, but pretty much the perfect balance of all three. Very very good.
