  • Episode 8 of Watchmen is great... a really good adaptation of the similar bits in the graphic novel

  • Anyone watch The new The War of the Worlds? I thought it was a reasonable attempt to tell the story in a new way. Even though the word "mawkish" kept coming to mind it rarely pulled any punches in who got eaten...

  • Season 4 of the Expanse on Amazon now.

I'm on call this weekend so I'm sorted for a binge watch.

  • DC Harley Quinn animated series not bad and funny and not pg13

  • Strong finish to Watchmen. As usual some nice nods to the graphic novel. Not sure if they either want to or even can make a second series and not entirely sure they should

  • Yes best TV for a while neatly wrapped up. Especially the (Easter) egg(s) opening the door to season 2.

PLanning a re watch as so much to take in

  • Started to watch high art of the low countries.
I like Andrew Graham Dixon he makes art history enjoyable to me and presents it in a way that's acessable. Worth a watch if you like art history but find it hard going reading about it.

  • Sounds great,
    What channel is that on?

Have you seen any of the Unpacked shows with Graham Dixon joined by Giorgio Locatelli, Great mix of art, travel and food

  • On I player BBC 4 I think there are 3 eps yeah the Unpacked shows are great might give them a re watch both AGD and Locatelli are good to listen too when explaining there passions of food and art. šŸ‘

  • The Witcher on Netflix doesn't disappoint.

  • Looking forward to that now I'm off work.

  • It's good, isnt it.

You know, except for the plot, dialogue and acting.

    Particularly the acting.

  • I'm enjoying it, but I have loved the games.

  • I can't seem to be able to skip the cut scenes, do I need to update my drivers?

  • Maybe all the dancing is a bit much.

  • Is Tim Minchin's show on over here? Started watching it in Oz and want to see the rest. Upright, I think.

  • Not coming up on the Tivo when I search for it. Sky One? Sky On Demand? Sky Aussie Cunts?

  • Have you heard of google?

It found this article which shows which channel it is on.

  • Watching the series on Roger Ailes on Now TV. Such a deplorable human.

  • It was a pretty bold move to make the acting as rigid as video game voice overs.

Old superman sure knows how to use a sword though. Thatā€™s enough to keep me watching for now.

  • It's fantastic, escapist rubbish... Enjoying every ludicrous moment of it... The GoT aesthetic perfectly reimagined for the modern bubblegum generation... Total trash...
