a circa 1979 Cook Bros Racing cruiser-class frame, klunker-fied for offroading in a key hotspot of early mountain bike history: Crested Butte Colorado.
Yamaha motocross bars and Mafac cantilever brakes date to the frame’s era. The newer Koski fork, Cook Bros cranks, WTB tires, and Brooks saddle all call back pioneering roots. -

Lovely. I really want to SS my Swift again, but it's just too hilly where I ride and I end up on road too much.

I'd only had one beer.
Now I've had two and it still looks fucked.
Maybe it's just the massive clearance.
I wanna bring the Inbred out again. Riding the 700C with aerobars and shit through town is annoying. All I can think of is how expensive it's gonna be the nxt time some cunt drives into me.

Guess by the time they went shopping for gears they realised they had spent the budget on cranks.

Dem tyres :)
I’m using motorcycle bars on the klunker, don’t even want to think about how much they weigh. Probably the wrong side of a kilo.
