I made the T45 wishbone on Brommers bike #4 myself using some 1/2" T45 tubing from Proformance Metals and a cheapo 1/2" pipe bender from eBay. The top section of the wishbone was a random chainstay from Geoff Robert's stocks, flattened to 1/2" depth in a vice to give enough width for the mounting of the dynamo rear light. Brommers bike #5 won't have dynamo lighting, so I'll just use an offcut of the 1/2" T45 tubing for the upper part of the wishbone.
spendy though, if only because you have to order a fair amount. If your after small bits, try metals4u, either stainless if your welding, or the mild if it is for your personal bike. All my kids bikes stays are made of mild or 316 10mm from metals4u, as i cant bring myself to use the T45.
