Any idea if the stem would work/look okay on a frame that currently uses a round headset top cap and a round 5mm spacer? It's difficult to tell from the picture.

Normal topcap works fine on the stem (I had used a couple different ones with it).
In terms of the spacer, should sit nicely flush in the recessed bottom of the stem - Welcome to view the stem :)

Cheers, gonna leave it for now as can't be arsed cutting my steerer down any further and don't really need a new stem.
