Yes, but the ERG is going to support this bill and not support any repealing of it. Depending on the numbers he may need the help of Labour/LDs to stop no deal in future. Politically that is going to play badly for him (understatement)

Which is why all the gains that the £ has made vs the $ and the € just got wiped out.
I think crunch point is June, if we are not going to apply for an extension to transition then it's shit-meet-fan time, albeit with a nice 6 months to execute the contingency plan.
