I’d been looking at these - I imagine the cast handle and weirdness would be a hit, but I’m dubious of it’s function for every day opening, not just crumbly corks. He drinks funky natural wines that are rarely more than a year old.

Christmas present for a friend: technical / interesting / outdoorsy corkscrew. Like if snowpeak made a corkscrew and it was £10.
