Based on, what, a relative that presented with an intersection of symptoms, identified post-diagnosis?

She has been incoherent once or twice and had explained it as complications of diabetes. It's tough to manage type 2 and have a full schedule. I believe her explanations over the armchair diagnosis of dementia.

I can’t help feel that Diane Abbot might be suffering the early onset of alzheimers. The way she talks sometimes and gets things muddled is one thing that could be put to exhaustion but the shoes actually make me worry for her now. That’s the sort of behaviour of someone with health difficulties like Alzheimer’s or dementia.
