hello,i got very similar tvt concorde pdm team version and it has I think original fork, aaand it is 700c, just maybe it will help you

We've got fork, thank you.

Now i'm looking for Tubular Tyre for front wheel in size 650c.
Should be same as tyre on front wheel on a picture above- black/ gum and Continental. Can be used

I am sure I have a couple of Continental LA and Olympic 650C tubulars on rims in the bike store,
