Thanks, got it. Reset hasn’t helped. Must be busted. I’ve emailed cycliq but I’ll probably just organise a replacement through the seller

Turn it on. Then push the power button again. Push not hold.

Yes, sort of... the light came on and then immediately went off and the unit shut down. It’s done the same 3 times in a row
