Bottom bracket installed on GT tequesta. Never installed a bottom bracket before. Hope i did it right because I don't have a crank puller.
Waiting for rear brake widgets to cable that. Then going to try removal of the headset and replacing it with another one.

Any pointers on frame building supplies in the UK.
Aware of Ceeways.
Anywhere else the builders of the forum go to ?
We are talking bottle bosses and cable guides not full tube or lug sets. Toying with adding some extra mounts to my steel frame at home with a gas torch. -

You can't just rock up to Ceeway though, this is stunning you're in London. Give them a call beforehand.

@coventry_eagle being aware of ceeway already means i am aware of their quirky system for ordering and that one does not just rock up. Also no longer near london so mail order only for me.
@Tijs i think you right, this seemed the logical place to start.

New headset installed on the gt tequesta with the trusty headset press.
However there's a little circle that came with the headset, it seems to be equivalent Tu the one that's already on the fork.
Should I replace the one that's on the fork? If so.. How. It seems pretty well attached. If I put the new circle on top it looks pretty odd so I feel that's not the play.

That's the 'crown-race'. The one that came with the headset is matched to the bearings. There are a number of different sizes and angles, but there is a chance the new one is the same as the old one. If you're absolutely certain it is, no need to faff with replacing. Otherwise, the old one needs removed. I've done it using graceful methods such as a screwdriver and hammer before. Not sure what the accepted method is.

The hard part was working out where it began. That done the headset installation tool worked well.

You'll need to replace the crown race too as your old one was likely to be caged bearings and the new ones are cartridge bearings.

You are correct on both counts. Also your rear brake routing suggesting was good. Nearly done now..

Woohoo I have built a bike! Stem has been flipped since photo taken. Thanks for the help all. Minor to dos are remove the weird thing on the seat stay bridge so I can attach the mini mud guards I have. Also swap out the pedals for some plastic dmrs when I can.
Now I need someone to invite me to the pub so I can ride it there...

Looking good, well done!
I'll say the chain is a bit on the long side, no issues though if it's gonna be a pub bike. Get a front rack on it and you'll have a shopper too!

Building up an old 90's Panasonic here. Not sure what type of bike you'd call it, but inspiration came from old path racers.
