Woohoo I have built a bike! Stem has been flipped since photo taken. Thanks for the help all. Minor to dos are remove the weird thing on the seat stay bridge so I can attach the mini mud guards I have. Also swap out the pedals for some plastic dmrs when I can.
Now I need someone to invite me to the pub so I can ride it there...

You'll need to replace the crown race too as your old one was likely to be caged bearings and the new ones are cartridge bearings.
