aye.cabling needs a tidy and tying together
brake pads are not set right and wont be tight
Front wheel "axle protector" aka packaging left on
rear brake inner cable too long by my standards - hence why its bent over.
front dynamo routing through frame loop is incorrect
yes - rear light red wire doesnt look quite right.good eyes!

That whole rear cable routing/lengths is ghastly! Also:
I don’t know if it’s “wrong”, but the exposed red wire going to the rear light looks super shonky.
