Top tube has internal cable routing, so no cable guides. Yes there are a few rust spots.
The chrome is dulled in areas but not rusting.
Spacing is 126. Had no problem fitting 130 hubs.

Better and more detailed photos to follow next week.

The basso frames of this era have cable guides attached to the toptube entry and exit holes

Edit: having done a search, it seems that yes, this frame no longer has those inserts (they look like plastic?), what remains is some detailing around the entry for the cable. Nothing has been removed structurally from the frame.
