Just got the all clear from the physio to start running again, suggested building back up using the couch to 5k programme as that will slowly increase the load on the ankle. 4 and a bit months it's taken. Ugh.
That's what I had to do after tearing my ACL and meniscus. I felt the same but it really turned out to be good advice.
