The bottom right hand corner of that poster looks like a magic eye.
Why would you put green text over red blood spatter? Why would you put blood on a poster for a brewery? Would not go on principle.

^^ That's odd, I just cycled over there and bought a selection of stouts for the Season.

The bottle shop was open, the normal open day bar stuff is not.

The ambience in the bottle shop was a little flat.
Next Saturday, as per the above flyer, looks like it should be Wests Xmas 'Do'! -

I'm normally at their open days. Support my local brewers and all that.

Since the missus had some coconut chocoalte from Oz I'm drinking Coconut Shy from Brewdog and Weird Beard's Mutiny on the Bunty, both coconut stouts.

Every coconut stout I have ever had has been amazing. Just a great combination of flavours

I quite like them but I'm not sure I'd spend a night on 'em. Vanilla or Bourbon BA stouts are my faves. Actually who am I kidding, I love all of them.

Kinda, definitely more of a fan of thicker, boozier stouts - big imperials rather than the 4% real ale types. Every now and then I'm surprised though - typically milk stouts can make up for thinness at lower abvs.

Ginger Tom here. This talk of big stouts is making me thirsty for one though.

It’s nice when cooler as well. That section with the glazed wall is a great space to settle in for an afternoon session.

I saw photos of that. I'd definitely hit it up if I found myself in Bristol.
Had that on draught a few weeks back and have a bottle in the kitchen at the moment from the EFP advent calendar. Quite like it. I've not even started on the calendar yet and probably won't for a while as another Weird Beard open day today and their xmas ones usually have some good BA options.
