Thanks so much! Unfortunately, as you know, I have to paint it. I too love the way it looks now, but never really liked the clear-coated raw look. And it doesn't last. You are correct about the frames origin's. I purchased from a seller in Poland who had bought a large stock of inventory during the merger. Those bikes of yours that you describe sound very unique! Very nice gallery.

I think these frames came out of the old Merckx when it shut down. Lots of really strange and cool frames came availabile at that time. I bought 2 from a bike shop in Belgium. One was a repaired Mxl frame and the other a Litespeed built ti with a very unusual geometry (super slack geo).
When I was still in then business of selling vintage bikes and parts I think I have had my hands on pretty much every color scheme.
