https://www.gssiweb.org/enLots of the 'big guns' in terms of research are on twitter and most of them post regular links to new research but if you want basics there's already quite a few books on fueling for various sports. AIS used to do factsheets, Asker Jukendropp and Louise Burke have very good books available.

Does anyone have any good sources (books/websites etc) on nutrition? It's an area that intersts me but I know very little about so I'd like to learn more but I'm aware there's a lot of fake news out there when it comes to nutrition.
