Looks like the 366.0827. Early ‘70s.

From a bit of googling it looks like they often get listed as “166.137” because that’s the number stamped in the caseback.

Really like these, a lot less ostentatious and more subtle than todays offerings. How lovely that will sit below a cuff.
Looking at Chrono24 the prices have shot up in a very imprecise measure, of me relying on past viewings and memory.
