Wanted: Single Speed bike - black medium

Hey,

I am looking for a single speed bike or at least a frame I can build up for my cousin.
Very happy for it to be something basic, but it needs to be light so he can carry it up 1 flight of stairs fairly easily.
Would like the frame to be black, and size mediumish size/54-56cm

I got a specialized langster (2011 I think) sat at home doing very little. Haven't any pics on phone, but it's a fully built fixed gear
