This says Euro 6 for diesel: https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/driving/ultra-low-emission-zone/cars
And Euro 6 is from September 2015 onwards, wasn't available before then. I'd be very cautious - I can't see how a 2007 diesel car could pass.
