They second photo is so good! I love the really underexposed areas, they add to the atmosphere.

Would anyone be interested in buying a dodgy Olympus 35RC? It doesn't wind on properly so you end up with a lot of the photos being double exposed. You can get some interesting results but it's in no way consistent!
Would take £15 posted in the UK if anyone's keen.
Couple of photos from the camera attached to illustrate the double exposure effect.

Who knows about OM-2 batteries? What type do I need for best metering?
-
• #20439
You need two 1 .5V silver oxide batteries

The OM1 is lovely too but those were calibrated for 1.25v batteries.

wonder how much it will go up

Cheers, first films I’ve had back in ages that I’m happy with (a faulty OM4 resulted in so many wasted rolls).
And on that note, where would people send an OM 4 with a suspected misaligned mirror?

I'd talk to Aperture.

When people get their scans back, what is the quality like on the files? All mine are less than a MB per photo, some as low as like 600kb.
Is that just due to my camera or would that be because of processing and scanning ??
Thanks

It'll be the quality they're scanned at. Even small film formats can be scanned at really high quality if needs be so it's nothing to do with your camera.
