How regularly do you drive now I think I'll need to have at least 4 or more refresher lessons and maybe that advanced one where you do motorway stuff. Good to know it comes back though

80 miles a day, 5 days a week. So a bit more than average!
Most of that is a dual carriageway that's effectively a motorway, with 15 minutes of B-roads to begin/end with depending on the direction I'm commuting.
Motorway driving is as easy as it gets! If you're happy with stop/start traffic and parking, you've got the hardest bit down.

Passed my test around the same time (think I was 17), got my first car a few months before my 30th. Booked a 2 hour refresher lesson with an instructor. The only trouble I really had was fine clutch control when taking off (didn't help that the instructor had a diesel), but that sorted itself out after a few weeks.
