That last one is great! My mate at work knows a big local dealer, her dad is his best mate and is like an uncle to her... He's gonna sort me out, reckons he can get me something very good for $10k... Let's see how we go...

Yeah, you're spoiled for choice at the 10k mark. If you manage to get a real deal, like trade value/wholesale plus a bit of cash you'll get a good car. Still - check things over, even if it is "mates". Good luck!
