How can a convicted terrorist, released less than 12 months ago, be able to launch an attack again? I don't know the answer, but serious questions have to be asked about how the system failed and led to the death of two people.
We all know austerity has impacted public services severely, but has it got to the point where our security and justice services can no longer do their job properly?
Point is, how do you stop this sort of attack? The guy was under license but how does that stop him from getting hold of a knife and heading into central London? Lone nutters are almost impossible to stop, I’m afraid.
