Took the decals off the top tube, bought some mudguards and a proper rear light. Next up might by hydraulics if i can get them second hand as I'm possible moving the shifters/brakes to another project.
When spring comes around I might go for some gumwalls, cut the steerer, and buy a more subtle seatpost clamp.
