Had a nice run over the weekend. First time I've enjoyed running in a very long time.
Legs the next day were a bit interesting though.
Slow build back to marathon length is on.
Pace is getting there, backed up by a treadmill 5km at comfy pace today (prior to gym session- otherwise I would avoid at all costs).
Car Park hill training. Sounds like my wife who when the weather is truly dire will be found in our apartment blocks staircase for 30mins of stair reps. Gotta get it in I guess!
Would like to do some fairly regular 1/2 marathon./ 10 mile runs in the new year- off road preferred, is there anything like that on a 2 x monthly basis?
Would try XC but the isn't the season nearly over?
