Can we accept VAR doesn’t work?

It'd be better if the reffing team, and them alone made any VAR decision. I think that a recent study showed (I take it further quantitative methods were analysed) that about 25% of VAR decisions were wrong. The idea of VAR is great but it's application is horrendous
