You're probably better off with hand-builds than factory wheels for those purposes. You could visit the wheelbuilding thread but the TL;DR of that is 32H Kinlin XR31T on whatever hubs your prejudice makes you pick.
The stock maddux wheels that came with my 2012 caadx have been absolutely abused and are still going strong after many years but the braking surface has now totally gone. Anyone recommend me some functional wheels to satisfy the following:
