Stockport, nr Manchester, I think. Rumour I heard was that Chris Reilly was associated with Will from Wills Wheels.
Chris was related to 'Spud' Reilly but I don't know of any other relations.
I bought the Pearl one but unfortunately haven't seen Will in ages.
Frame was almost certainly built to be ridden hard for serious milage so imagine the bosses were there to be used! Think the team raced as Atom Elite RC or something like that.
Rear spacing might be helpful.
