Almost 2 weeks since the race, and I've done one single bike ride, for one whole hour, followed by beers
Why is my awful brain working out ways that I could do better in the future :'(
brian, pls

Thinking that I might want something to train for next year, as my motivation to get out is loooow
Not another 24hr, but something reasonably tough

Came across this today: https://moorsonehundred.com/
It might not be tough enough for you but looks like a good event. -

Looks alright
While I'd like to get into doing some bikepacking, multi-day events don't really appeal to me in the same way as a long single day race. Preferably not one that does multiple laps of the same trails though.
I've looked at this event before, so might just keep an eye out for if it's still running next year. 65km of The Peak District sounds about the right level of challenge I'm after :-)

Fixed Beers kit? Spotted you a couple of times, going pretty well!
Steve Day was 1st in SSS, absurd facial hair and even more absurd lap times. He had a Ti frame with a Lauf fork. Neil Dingle I think was second, guy on the right, but dunno what he was riding
