Was looking at the brake mount too, Cinelli website don't show it, it would appear that it's a 2020 spec frame that has the rear brake mount.
Lack of mount put me off the garish steel vig and onto a Steamroller instead, kinda neat they have got round to running a choice for SS or fixed as i didn't fancy either clamping a caliper to the chainstays or seatstays........ kinda liking the rollers tyre clearance though..... :)
The steel Vigorelli frame and fork can easily fit 30mm G-One Speeds on 19mm internal width rims tough. I know it’s a lot less than Rollers can take, but just if someone’s interested about Vigorelli’s clearances.
