Seller reckoned it was a one-off CAAD8 made for the Lampre Caffita team but I'm not sure that adds up. Saeco merged with Lampre Caffita in 2005 ~~and the CAAD8 wasn't released until 07~~. So maybe it is a 5.

Edit: looks similar to the Major Taylor frame.
