I got some vegan burgers from Costco, Don Lee farms, a bit like the beyond meat burger. Had then on Friday with violife slice melted on top. They are really good. Not massive but good flavour and texture.
Best burger improvement I've made is finding Celtic baker's vegan brioche buns.
