I have some 40mm ones here.
But not with a full length thread.
EDIT - Give these guys a call 020 7405 1215.
Clerkenwell Screws. Open until lunchtime today.
They sorted out some fully threaded M4 x 40mm S/S cap head machine screws for my chain tugs.
