Zucchini-Banana-Bread
This may sound awkward but it doesn't taste like zucchini at all, it is kinda sweet but also a bit savoury (I usually dial-down the sugar, vanilla and cinnamon), and I think this is really nice with coffee, you can do it muffin-style as well of course.
