• JAEGHER INTERCEPTOR

Not an easy decision but it has to go now. The frame is made out of oversized Columbus Spirit tubes with stainless steel DS chain stay. Light and very stiff. I think Interceptor combines a very subtle mix of race and endurance features and is indeed very versatile road frame set.

    CONDITION

The bike is in very good condition. Frame has some paint chips here and there, mostly on the DS seat stay and around BB shell edges (I will include 500ml of custom navy Blue colour spray paint for touch ups). Other than that it is in very good condition.
The group-set has done around 1500km.
Wheels have 1500 dry kilometres in them (no visible wear on the brake tracks).
Stem, handlebars, headset and cables are as new.
The front fork was professionally re-sprayed by Steve at Aurum.

  • very nice. is this the frame that broken77 was selling at some point ?

  • Correct, I bought it from him. Cool dude by the way and knows a lot about bikes

I hope @broken_777 doesn't mind me sharing the pic of his build. I will take some more photos when it gets dry outside

  • That is just sooooo nice. One day I'll be in the market for something like this.

  • Absolutely worth a try. Probably every cyclist who used to ride retro steel bikes as me have a desire to try modern hi-end steel

  • Man, that's hot! GLWTS

  • Thanks a lot

    Bump £2025

  • Finally managed to take some photos. Sorry for the quality...

  • That’s a super lovely build - why for sale? Something like this is a keeper - I thought about selling my Cielo, for a nano second - GLWS dude

  • Too many bikes, lack of space and now seeing it hanging on a wall until next summer is a pain. Besides that I always wanted to paint a bike myself and I recently got a road frame set which can be sacrificed to this horrible idea

  • £1975 with SLR 1 wheels or £1425 without

  • Anything with a name Interceptor is instantly amazing, as is this bike.
Hope it finds new home soon.

  • I always thought it's a mean name as for this supposedly 'comfortable endurance road' frame!

Hope it does as I plan to move house next month and would really like to find this thing a new home before that...

  • .

  • Bump £1415 w/o wheels

  • Wheels gone?

  • This is really nice.

  • Wheels are still here. The Jaegher minus wheels is now reserved

  • It is. I gonna miss this biek
