My opinion change since moving to London that income is a poor indicator of wealth. Also seems disproportionately taxed.
They should have highlighted labour plan to address other areas of taxation.
Switzerland have regional taxes, I don’t know all the details but seems a good way to be able to manipulate housing demand, business location/ investment at least on the face of it.
