  • Looking to replace my GripGrab Windster gloves, with something better. The GG site says 0-10C for these but they're not that comfortable below 5C... So I'm looking for something that will handle the current morning commute, and preferably thin with touchscreen compatibility. (Trying to "touch" the phone with the tip of a snot-wet nose is not fun) Recommendations?

I really enjoyed my MAAP Glove purchase this autumn but they're really weak for this type of weather (no touchscreen too)

Does your phone also have a "swipe to unlock" kind of situation?

They would be for most though, some people just get cold hands. GripGrab make some of the best gloves around IMHO, maybe try the level up? I have a pair of the Polaris model (couple of years old now) and I went down to-16 with them (sunny, no wind).
Also, try merino liners and whatever you buy make sure the tip of your fingers do not touch the end of the glove's fingers (you need to trap some warm air).
