There are precedent and rules when you play a league game at a throw in night, you usually sit out and/or let the refs play first in a mega shuffle (and not put yourself as an auto in...) since you've already played and it's a pick up night, @Chuckles and @M_A_X these are unwritten rules but maybe it should be written in the rules instead?
Yes there was an incident on the court tonight and I'm disappointed that some old heads who were there didn't back me up on this.
Also, players talking shit after the games when you are trying to assist a first time ref (both today and yesterday) doesn't help ... I'm alright with discussions, saying someone is talking shit while reffing in the cold, really?
