Had a few 1275 midgets, all were MOT fails and as welding there was always a reassemble job. Everyone was sold with a big valve head and hardened valve seats and changed from twin carb to single carb...or as it was in reality the head, skimmed manifold and carb from an mg metro!
One car came with a pair of amal carbs that were worth more than I paid for the car.
Yep that and the bonnet. Car wouldn’t of been that old at that point. Max power job of the ‘60’s
