Cheers, probably not the most imaginative build but I had my fun & that's all that matters, got the gear cables to fit & some leather bartape then that's it done. Forever. Honest.
The bars are indeed Ritchey classics - well spotted, got them a few years ago when I first built this up, think they stopped doing the Evo curve model for a while, must have brought them back - nice shape, shiny, what's not to like?
Was -5 in Glasgow yesterday, it might not see the light of day until April at this rate...
Impatient thread bump
nearly finished a slow motion update on this thing, out went the Campag Athena group / Record wheels and slowly slowly, a DA 9000 groupset appears in its place (shifters are 8000 because balls to paying twice the price for titanium clamps and a Dura Ace logo...), wheels are DA 9000 on Open Pros that were swiped from my other bike - I managed to find a set of cheap 6800 to replace them so it didn't feel too bad about being shafted so everyone's happy.
I may even take a photo with an actual camera instead of a mangled phone once it's properly finished, shock horror!
