) and they both seem pretty mellow about it IMO.

I think he's laughably bad at media.
I think he sulks like a spoilt child; yesterday was a perfect example...
He caused the crash, refused to talk about it (apart from to blame Leclerc) and stormed out of interviews. Meanwhile, Leclerc took the adult approach saying they needed to work through it for the betterment of the team etc.
