Everything about those bags looks like a mess.
Frame bag in particular looks a state. Looks like it'd rub ypour knees raw within 5 miles.
Pump annoys me too, could it really not be slipped into one of the bags, or be on a bracket attached to the bottle cage bosses?

It's the perfect spot for a pump.
Even on that dry red surface it will be covered in filth, and make you even happier about your puncture.
Does the frame bag say Vaude?
Maybe they should stick to panniers. -

..this.
I actually visualized somebody cycling deliberately bandy-legged when I saw this. -

Colour makes me want to throw up as well.

Pump looks like it's under the downtube, and it's not Vaudes fault the owner bought the wrong size frame bag. But yes, it does look awful.

Pump looks like it's under the downtube,
That’s the point, it’s in the worst possible place for getting covered in shit.

Ah my bad, thought pump was catching on legs, read again, bag is catching legs, as you were. Agreed, it's fookin awful.

Zip ties through holes.
-

Yes, zip ties. I was in a hurry because that’s my daily bike. But this weekend I will put some small screws and bolt, it will be stiffer.
