  • Bought a new rigid disc fork, which I guess is for a mountain bike setup, and am putting it onto a frame which has a integrated headset. The crown of the fork is wider than the headtube when it sits on it, what do I need to do or buy to make it more flush?

  • A new fork.

There’s not much you can do.

I think @Hulsroy has a frame with an integrated headtube that he pressed a cup into to use a tapered fork but I don’t know that really helps you here.

  • Sorted it (sort of). Just changed the crown race to a integrated type crown race and the head tube sits more flush. The fork crown does protrude about 1mm out from the head tube around, no biggy though.
