When trying to decide if I want to get rid of something, I generally ask two questions: 1) Have I used it in the last year? 2) Would it be easily replaced if I needed it in the future?
While it potentially falls short on the former, it definitely wouldn’t be easily replaced. A custom bike made by a renowned builder is a rare thing, and judging by the many threads I’ve read on this forum with people having total nightmares in trying to get a custom bike built these days, I’d really make the case for trying to hang onto it. Of course if you’re desperate to clear out, things will always have to go to make room for more important stuff, but a frame like that will potentially last a lifetime but perhaps won’t get you much cash in a sale.

Just my 2p. Looks like a cool bike, keep it!
